Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dolbey and Company, Inc. (“we”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the Fusion Voyager Application (the “App”).   Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.  We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.  You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

Your installation and use of the App is subject to the terms and conditions of the Fusion Voyager End User Licenses Agreement (“App License Agreement”).  Pursuant to that App License Agreement, you (or the Organization on whose behalf you are using the App) must purchase a license to the on-premise Fusion Voyager server module for the Fusion Voice® or Fusion Text® system (“Fusion Server Platform”) pursuant to one or more separate agreement(s) with us or one of our authorized dealers (the “Underlying Agreement”), and you must be an Authorized User pursuant to such Underlying Agreement.  The App connects with the Fusion Server Platform provided to you as an Authorized User under such Underlying Agreement.

Collection of Your Information

We may collect information from and about you in a variety of ways.  The information we may collect via the App may include:

  • Your Personal Data: Your demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, and credentials as an Authorized User) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the App, such as registering, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. In addition, the App may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the App. 

 

  • Your User Input: The App captures your voice and the words that you speak or type into the App, as well as your interactions with the App such as manual selection or entry of patient identifiers. This data is stored on the device and transmitted to the Fusion Server Platform.  An administrator for your Organization can configure the number of dictations and associated data that are stored on your device and on the Fusion Server Platform.     

How We Use Your Information

We use Your Personal Data and Your User Input to deliver, support and improve the App and the associated Fusion product(s) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the App License Agreement and Underlying Agreement.  We may also use Your Personal Data to deliver promotional material to you, notify you of updates to the App, request feedback from you, and assess your compliance with the terms and conditions of the App License Agreement and Underlying Agreement.

When We Share Your Information

We may share Your Personal Data and Your User Input that is collected by the App and processed within the Fusion Server Platform only to deliver, support and improve the App and the associated Fusion  product(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the App License Agreement and Underlying Agreement.

Control of Your Information

When you delete the App from your device, Your Personal Data and Your User Input will be deleted from the device.  You also may manually delete individual dictations and associated patient identifiers from the device within the App.  Your access to Your Personal Data and Your User Input that is transmitted to the Fusion Voyager Platform, and your ability to retain or delete such information, is configurable by your Organization’s administrator in accordance with the terms and conditions of the App License Agreement and Underlying Agreement.  If you contact us with a request concerning access to, retention or deletion of Your Personal Data or Your User Input, we may direct your inquiry to your Organization’s administrator, or to the authorized dealer which is a party to the applicable Underlying Agreement.

Security of Your Information

We use reasonable and appropriate safeguards to secure Your Personal Data and Your User Input, both in transit and at rest.  Although we attempt to protect Your Personal Data and Your User Input that is collected via the App, no security system is perfect, and we cannot promise that Your Personal Data or Your User Input will remain absolutely secure in all circumstances.  The App License Agreement and Underlying Agreement govern the security of Your Personal Data and Your User Input.
